[Mimedefang] Using more than one virus scanner is a good idea.

here is option i used in clamd.conf


StreamMaxLength 15M
ArchiveMaxFileSize 15M
ArchiveMaxRecursion 5
ArchiveMaxFiles 1500

clamd will not scan file more 15M to scan for viruses
