[Mimedefang] MIME::Parser: can't open tmpfile

Hello,

we operate three identically configured Sun Fire V880 with 
mimedefang-2.39, spamassassin-2.63 and sophie-3.04rc1.

Two of three frequently show the following error messages:

Feb  3 04:50:02 mimedefang-multiplexor: [ID 980602 local0.info] Slave 4 stderr: MIME::Parser: can't open tmpfile: Invalid argument
Feb  3 04:50:02 mimedefang-multiplexor: [ID 389462 local0.error] Slave 4 died prematurely -- check your filter rules
Feb  3 04:50:02 mimedefang[329]: [ID 847421 local0.error] Error from multiplexor: ERR No response from slave
Feb  3 04:50:03 mimedefang-multiplexor: [ID 260045 local0.error] Reap: Idle slave 4 (pid 5463) exited normally with status 22 (SLAVE DIED UNEXPECTEDLY)

How I can fix this? Did I miss anything?

What baffles me is that three servers with the same software 
installation and identical filter rules behave differently: 
One is ok and two are not.
