[Mimedefang] SMALLBUF ?

Increasing it to 16384 makes mimedefang crash on FreeBSD 4.7.  I have no
idea why; I suspect it has to do with stack-size limitations.

Whichever directory is used, it must be writable by "defang", because
mimedefang and mimedefang-multiplexor call setuid() early on.
