[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang/SA and SURBLS

I havent seen any of the SURBL hit in any of the scores in caught or uncaught emails. I was doing some reading and I noticed that you need to set $SALocalTestsOnly to 0 for it perform network tests. I assume the default value is for them to perform the tests.
 
Is there a test that I can do to make sure that the SURBLS stuff is working?
