[Mimedefang] Compiling MIMEDefang 2.49 and Sendmail 8.13.2 error

Thank you. I guessed I missed the step of running a
build in the libmilter directory and then copying the
'libmilter.a' file to my /usr/local/lib. The
compilation of mimedefang went fine after that.
