Yeah, it's been great so far. There's a gotcha in the form of making
sure you're using thread-compatible name resolver libraries (ie. bind 9.x not
8.x).
I'm running it for 20 or so users (in "test" mode), their spam was
reduced to a tenth of its previous level. Ironically, with Mimedefang
tagging and their MUAs sorting based on the tags, most of them didn't
notice much of a decrease in spam that ended up in their inboxes :]
However, the load on the mailserver has been reduced, so that's quite an
advantage.

I recommend it highly. We run it on both our primary and secondary MX,
milter-greylist synchronizes the greylistings between them.
