If you use the blacklist/whitelist feature of spamassassin, then you're
going to have to figure out how spamassassin communicates that information
back to you. I'm not sure it even can, and at first glance I don't see
how exactly. It might be in one of the symbolic test names... you
could try logging the result of
spam_assassin_status($sa_config)->get_names_of_tests_hit();
