Good point. Of all of the above, only AOL has any TXT records in DNS.
aol.com text = "v=spf1 ip4:152.163.225.0/24 ip4:205.188.139.0/24
ip4:205.188.144.0/24 ip4:205.188.156.0/23 ip4:205.188.159.0/24
ip4:64.12.136.0/23 ip4:64.12.138.0/24 ptr:mx.aol.com ?all"
Microsoft.com does not have any either.
Adelphia.net (cable company) does "v=spf1 mx ip4:68.168.78.0/24 -all"
It's really appalling that M$ is talking about requiring it, but not
publishing it. I'm glad the big players are starting to talk about it,
and until they require it, it will never be adopted, but I am disappointed
that M$ is trying to define a standard before it's cleared the standards
process.
I talked to our DNS guy and he'll create the SPF records, but not until it
is more widely implemented and that organizations like InfraGuard are
talking about it.
