[Mimedefang] Easy questions about MD+SA

Hello,

I'm new to MD+SA. But I've installed and run MD+SA+NAI
on my RH linux/sendmail with success.

My questions are:

1. how to blacklist and whitelist? I have added
whitelist_from and blacklist_from in sa-mimedefang.cf,
not local.cf, but it seems not taking effect after
saving and quit. Do I have to write in local.cf too?

2. I've downloaded a few sa rules and put them in
/etc/mail/spamassassin/ and what to do next in order
to have it take effect?
