Ok. I had been making RPMs for the various perl/mimdefang items a while 
back and found that the only changes that were needed in the past was 
moving the Changelog to the end for readability differences. However 
that got removed from the fedora guidelines at one point so most of what 
was in the official RPM spec file fit their items.
