[Mimedefang] Sendmail, MIMEDefang, ClamAV, and SpamAssassin

I'd check that message... dunno what it means, but it seems to be
the cause of your problem.

But, personally, I'd try to have bit more time betwixt the mimedefang
start and the sendmail start... to give enough time for mimedefang to
get the children going
