This means that Your Windows client did nothing but open a connection to the
mail server, then close it again. The problem is not on the server side, but
rather on the client side. You need to figure out why the client didn't send
more. The client may not have liked the (E)SMTP banner (maybe it was
expecting a different server name), or maybe You have a size limit on Your
mail server, and the client wanted to send something larger than the limit,
or maybe it's something else. Alexander Dalloz's suggestion of turning up
the sendmail log level is a good one. I would also check any logs You have
on the client, and i would sniff the network traffic, just to see what You
can see.

I plan to have my remote office users access my mail
server over VPN.
So I have two different IP: , 192.168.20.0 for remote
office and
192.168.100.0 for my office. When I tried to send mail
