[Mimedefang] Mimedefang-Reload: "multiplexor -I default" is set too low

Hi all,

After adding some new spamassassin rules, I found that mimedefang issued the
following errors:

This is definitly a bug in mimedefang-multiplexor. The backlog
is set to 5 entries. This is far too small. After a restart, the backlog
fills up quite quickly and because there are a lot of waiting requests,
all following requests get denied untill you stop and start mimedefang
again.

I've modified the start-script to use -I 100 as default. Now reload works
even in very busy times as expected.
