Literally that.  Is anyone currently using one of the SURBL plugins with
SpamAssassin in a MIMEDefang environment?

Not necessarily.  At least that wasn't the case with MIMEDefang and
Spamassassin's auto-whitelist system, initially.  I know MD and AWL work
together now, but that wasn't always the case.  Thus my questions about
integration of the SURBL plugin with SpamAssassin in a MIMEDefang
environment.
