[Mimedefang] mimedefang.pl error

I just recently noticed that I was not able to get mail through my email 
server. I am running Sendmail 8.2.11 with Mimedefang (2.42), ClamAV 
0.70, and SpamAssassin. I am seeing mimedefang-multiplexor errors in my 
log files.  My mail is not working right now.  If I run a test on 
mimedefang.pl this is what I get.  It is the same error message that I 
am seeing in my mail log:

Is there a problem with my mime-word decoder?  _

*I looked in my mail log and I'm getting these errors with mimedefange 
and a perl script.*

Help plz!!!
