[Mimedefang] sendmail not working after mimedefang install

Jimmy,

This looks like WAY too simple of a sendmail.mc.  Specifically, I think you
need procmail to deliver the mail locally.

Here (not including the changes I make for MIMEDefang) is the sendmail.mc
file that I use as a basis for my servers:
