[Mimedefang] Mimedefang delivered same email multiple times

Hi,

I have a problem with mimedefang delivering more than one copy of the same
email 
at different times.

I'd be very grateful for any help.

My setup is as follows:

Hardware: Sun sparc 10, 128 MB

OS:  SunOS 5.6 (solaris 2.6)

Software: perl 5.8, Sendmail 8.12.10, ClamAV 0.70, Spamassassin 2.63 
	    Mimedefang 2.41

System load: Really not much (only 2 users are using for the test run.

Problems: 
	
1.	MimeDefang delivered same email multiple times (below is an 
						example of duplicated
delivery)

2.	Errors in the syslog file (more details at the end of this post)
		2a) Milter (mimedefang): timeout before data read
		2b) Milter (mimedefang): to error state
		2c) smfi_chgheader returned MI_FAILURE
		2d) smfi_addheader returned MI_FAILURE

Config files parameters:

I) Sendmail.mc

INPUT_MAIL_FILTER(`mimedefang',

II) /etc/init.d/mimedefang (startup script)

 MX_BUSY=600

III) Mimedefang is run as (using /etc/init.d/mimedefang):

/usr/local/bin/mimedefang-multiplexor -r 10 -p
/var/spool/MIMEDefang/mimedefang
