[Mimedefang] 8.12.10 upgrade

	When I upgraded (from source) I made sure to build a fresh
	version of the libmilter and .cf file.  And since that time
	of restarting sendmail (and before) I have been getting hit
	by Worm.Gibe.F as well as the Exploit.IFrame.Gen virus.
	
	Mimedefang seems to be working. Its calling ClamAV and SpamAssain
	the way I execpt.
