[Mimedefang] Mimedefang 2.36 and how to drop a blocked attachment message -action_bounce?

Thanks to all of you that replied - even if it did stray a wee bit off
topic.  :D

I've decided to use action_bounce but I can't figure out where to replace
something with it.  Would I replace the items in the %Procedure: Filter or
%Procedure: filter_multipart or elsewhere?
