[Mimedefang] Adding IP info to MD rejection messages.

This question is the result of my ignorance of perl. I now have MD
rejecting HTML emails but I have no idea which of the many variables in
MD to employ in building a rejection message with the IP and/or FQDN of
the offending sender. I have been through the manpages but, as I said, I
can't see the forest for the trees. 

Please point my nose in the right direction.
