[Mimedefang] Upgrade cf issue

I am probably doing something stupid but I installed the new cf file per the
MIMEDEFANG howto instructions when I upgraded to 8.12.10 and 2.37 mimedefang and
my cf file now chokes with:

Starting sendmail: 554 5.0.0 /etc/mail/sendmail.cf: line 1600: Xmimedefang: `='
expected
554 5.0.0 /etc/mail/sendmail.cf: line 1601: unknown configuration line "=T, T=S:
1m;R:1m"
451 4.0.0 InputFilter mimedefang not defined: No such file or directory

Any idea what I did wrong? Everything else went fine...just restarting ssendmail
chokes.
