ISPs being forced to retain all data for up to a year. Not to mention increased access to this data given to just about anybody who can claim some kind of official position. The only good thing is that the Government morons who thought it all up don't seem to be aware that people can send emails without going through an ISPs relay (well unless everyone starts auto-blocking mail from dynamic ranges :)).
