[Mimedefang] OT: Deferred to AOL & road Runner.

I took a look at my mail logs for the past two weeks, and I have to say that
I'm not seeing this with AOL or RR relays.  I'm seeing it quite a bit with
hotmail relays, and various odds and ends, but not AOL or RR:

My mail relay has processed approximately 300,000 messages in the past two
weeks.  Of course, this doesn't prove anything one way or another, since I
didn't bother to see how many successful messages I relayed to AOL's
servers...I just looked for the failures.  It's possible that your domain
passes much more mail to AOL than does mine.
