Hmm, I think this was just biting me. I just installed MD with plans to
hook it to sendmail, but meanwhile I've got SA invoked by personal
.procmailrc for a few users. local.cf tells SA to rewrite subjects, but
sa_mimedefang.cf says not to, and I think the new SA 2.60-rc4 reads both
and the the latter file is disabling the rewriting.

So I think there should be a conditional around MD's file to prevent it
from being read unless it's invoked from within MD, so it doesn't affect a
2nd pass by .procmailrc users.

BTW, I'm using MD on another server to make an initial pass and drop all
mail scoring 10 or more, and then /etc/procmailrc makes a second pass on
delivery to mark up the mail for MUA filtering. Is there a way to avoid the
second pass and do the markup within the MD pass?

(I like adding "(SPAM? _HITS_)" to the subject line and attaching the
original message as an attachment for stuff that's over the 5 limit.)
