sub filter_bad_filename is in mimedefang-filter.example, at least in
MIMEDefang 2.36.

A good start would be to check for MZ in the first bytes of the file.
(Windows executables)
ie. 'head -c 2 <file>'
Maybe not a hightech solutions, but that's what i can come up with in 5
secs.
