[Mimedefang] Incorrect SA score

I just switched from Spamassmilter to mimedfang, and still trying to
finish config. My question is, with sendmail/mimedefang and
spamassassin, my emails are getting subject rewrite and header rewrite
as I requested via the config, but the SA score is not showing.

I.e. the header is:

Subject: [SPAM] 
X-Spam-Score: 6.192 (******)
DATE_MISSING,FROM_NO_LOWER,MSGID_FROM_MTA_SHORT
Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="----------=_1063202090-11586-3"
MIME-Version: 1.0
X-Scanned-By: MIMEDefang 2.35


How can I change to be more like: (7.30 points, 6 required)

Second question, I've seen the order that the local.cf and
sa-mimedefang.cf and spamassassin.cf are read, but I've noticed that if
my required_hits 6 in local.cf or sa-mimedefang.cf Spamassassin still
tags at 5? How can this be? Thoughts appreciated.
