[Mimedefang] Installation of MIMEDefang without sendmail sources

If you succeeded in installing amavis-milter you should be able to install
mimedefang. Mimedefang does not need the sendmail sources. It just needs the
milter libraries/include files. Have a look for a sendmail devel rpm on your
system CDs.
