[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang scores spam lower than Spamassassin

MD will use the first one it finds, and it looks for sa-mimedefang.cf first.

If you want to use the same config for SA in MD and for SA alone, just 
delete sa-mimedefang.cf and put everything in local.cf.  If you're 
concerned that MD upgrades will put it back, just symlink it.
