[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang scores spam lower than Spamassassin

Hi again,
I am a bit confused. I know about the original local.cf I used with SA,
then MD put in sa-mimedefang.cf. Do they work together or should
I move all my rules to sa-mimedefang.cf?
