[Mimedefang] mimedefang.pl logging to wrong facility

There are three places where you have to change the syslog facility:

1) As the argument to -S for mimedefang
2) As the argument to -S for mimedefang-multiplexor
3) In your filter, by doing:  $SyslogFacility = 'local7';
