[Mimedefang] Brown-bag bug in MIMEDefang 2.36

Hi, everyone.

I'm back from vacation.  Unfortunately, there's a very stupid and nasty
bug in MIMEDefang 2.36.  Fortunately, it won't affect 99.99% of users,
judging from the fact that no-one has complained. :-)

The new "-C" flag to mimedefang introduced in 2.36 was supposed to conserve
file descriptors by not keeping descriptors open across milter callbacks.
Unfortunately, a programming error means the -C flag leaks one file
descriptor per message, with disastrous consequences. :-(

So please refrain from using "-C" until the next release.
