[Mimedefang] integrating LDAP lookups into MD

In my case, I *do* return a "User Unknown" error.  I'm more concerned 
with valid feedback going to legitimate senders who type an address 
wrong than I am with whether a spammer finds out they've got a bad 
address in their database.
