Don't worry.  They don't bother removing bouncing addresses anyway.  One of 
the classic ways to create a spamtrap is to take a former email address 
that has been bouncing for a long time - say a year or more - and 
reactivate it.  You'll be amazed at how much spam some of these addresses 
still get.  (See recent discussions on spamassassin-talk for more examples.)

You're better off returning User Unknown for the legit senders who mistyped 
or tried to reach an outdated address rather than letting them think the 
message went through.  And if you're rejecting at the gateway, you 
shouldn't have to worry about double-bounces either.
