[Mimedefang] Mimedefang delay_checks problem

Hi All,

I recently configured sendmail to use delay_checks to whitelist individual
users who choose not have their mail checked by DNSBL or
Mimedefang\Spamassassin

FEATURE (`delay_checks', `friend')

access.db

Spam:user at domain.net    FRIEND

This succeeds in skipping the DNSBL check but Mimedefang filters are still
being applied.
What am I missing?
