[Mimedefang] question about spamassassin training

I feed it sample false negatives and positives via sa-learn from cron. A few 
users put mail in two special mailboxes for spam and nonspam. The problem is 
that it puts the data into the home directory of the user invoking sa-learn. 
It seems only to apply to that particular user. It does not seem to use it 
from mimedefang even if I do sa-learn as the mimedefang user.

Is there a way to enable global learning for spamassassin that is called via 
mimedefang?
