[Mimedefang] Translate SA messages

Sylvain:

Spamassassin send messages in the OS language (echo $LANG). 
If your OS language is english (en_*), then the messages will be in english.

You can replace the 10_misc.cf but tou need to take off the "lang fr".
Otherwise you need to patch spamassassin.
