[Mimedefang] Tracking a slave process to a mail message

I've been noticing an occasional, strange behavior of a MD slave.
Normally the slaves run 21-23MB of memory usage. Lately one slave's
memory usage will shoot to 100+ MB. I've been trying to try this down to
any non average e-mail messages. But I'm not having any luck.

My question is - What is the best way of going about tracking this thing
down?
