[Mimedefang] Apostrophes escaped in "To:" address

Hmm - I always was under the impression that an apostrophe was an invalid
character. (Yet I just tested it on a linux box and if I add the user with
quotes I can put it in... but why).

Heck, if mimedefang is not mangling it, it's sure to get mangled by other
email systems.
