[Mimedefang] Mulitple Recipients

I have some spam that is getting thru.
I basically have an array of people whom have opt'd out of the scanning.
The problem is that if a person is in the opt'd out array, the whole message is 
not scanned, thus other users get the spam. 
How would I be able to basically separate the message out per recipient?
Is that what the stream_by_recipient is?
