Can't you scale your system better if you break up your virus/rbl
rejection on your primary mail servers and then forward your mail on to
your secondary servers, where the expensive processing occurs?
Just curious...are you filtering your mail directly round robin through
all your mail relays, or through a number of relays before it is
delivered?
