[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.38 is available

I'm getting a problem with the new build - same problem I had when I
increased the value of SMALLBUF with the last build to overcome the
'Overlong' error. It works fine if I increase it to 8192, but at 16384, I
get the following in my maillog:

System is FreeBSD 4.7-release with sendmail 8.12.10. I've recompiled MD 2.38
with the value set to the smaller size (8192), and all appears to be fine.

I though it might be related to the MX_MAX_RSS=16000 & MX_MAX_AS=64000
settings I had, but I tried returning them to the default unlimited values
with the same result.

Any ideas?
