MIMEDefang 2.38 is available at the download page:

Note that we've revamped our Web site, so the old MIMEDefang page
at http://www.roaringpenguin.com/mimedefang/ no longer has downloads.

This is a minor release mostly to fix problems with handling very long
headers producted by SpamAssassin 2.60.  Changelog follows.
