[Mimedefang] stream_by_... used?

     Is there any way I can tell if a message has been split up and
resent by a stream_by_... function?  I'm guessing when that happens, on
that second pass the message will have a $relay of localhost.  The
reason I want to know is because in the case of a virus (or possibly
spam) I will want to discard it if the message has been resent instead
of bouncing it.  On the other hand, if a local user tries to send a
virus, I want to bounce the message.
