[Mimedefang] Clam/MIMEdefang install procedure

What OS?

I had the same problem with freebsd when i first set up 
clamav from the ports and i rolled my own init but the latest 
version from the ports has fixed that problem and installed a 
script (forcing me to undo my version, but that's a good 
thing). If you're on freebsd, perhaps this is something that 
can be fixed with a cvsup.
