[Mimedefang] Revisting the old temp fail problem

Howdy all.  Long time no speak.  I set up a brand new SMP box running RH9 
recently.  I've got the latest greatest Sendmail, MD, and SA (stable 
release) installed and configured.  I started sending mail for one of 
my temporarily co-located domains to this box this afternoon.  I'm already 
running into the same old temp failing problem I had last Spring that I 
never resolved.  I didn't copy over the mimedefang-filter from the older 
box but I did copy some of my changes out of it by hand.  Nothing else is 
the same about these boxes.  The errors I'm seeing are below:

This box has only been accepting mail since this afternoon and already I 
have 52 delivery failures like this one.  All of them as destined for the 
same local user.  I don't know why this keeps happening but I'd sure like 
to find a fix for it.  $SALocalTestsOnly is undefined.  I've been out of 
the MD loop so long I hope it's still used.

(not that the last two matter because I'm not calling them yet)

Any insight into this would be much appreciated.  I can send my 
mimedefang-filter to however wants it.  Ditto for the mdefang-* 
directories.  Anything I got that you need, just ask. :)
