You'd also be blocking anything coming through forwarding addresses.  I was 
testing some code to do this just a few days ago (although I had it logging 
instead of blocking), and caught several legit messages that really did 
come from AOL, but were being sent to a forwarding address at another 
location.  By the time the messages got here, they were being sent from 
puzzle.pobox.com with an aol.com sender.

If you know that nobody on your server has an account somewhere else with a 
.forward file, it might be worth it.  Otherwise, some people may lose all 
mail from AOL, Yahoo, etc.
