I have a policy of *not* doing this.  Overly-aggressive DNS-RBL's are
terrible, and there aren't enough hours in a day for me to chase down
people who inadvertantly blacklist my machine.

It's up to the *users* of those overly-aggressive RBL's to complain.

To everyone else:  Yes, our IP address has changed.  It will take some
time for the DNS to settle down.  Don't panic. :-)
