That's beyond the scope of MIMEDefang, unfortunately.

There are many problems with this, such as privacy issues, problems
with .forward files, problems with mailing lists, etc.  I think there
are legitimate circumstances under which I should be able to e-mail
someone more-or-less anonymously.
