[Mimedefang] Message size limits to pass to SA

i set my scan limit to 400k to catch spam with attached images.
This catches spam mail messags that are 300k, which I have received a
number of times.
This has not caused any timeouts on my system, but your mileage may vary.
I would only raise the size threshhold if you are getting a lot of large
sized spam messages, and your mail volume is relativelly low.
