[Mimedefang] filter_recipient tempfail, message size reported by sendmail

I'm using the simple greylisting code posted to the list from 
filter_recipient. My maillogs show such messages with a "size=" value even 
though the tempfail should have been done before the DATA phase. What's 
going on here? Why does sendmail read 150k instead of dropping the 
connection? Or does it proceed to accept a DATA command from the client 
anyway? (It looks like these are all viruses.)
